Hair Loss Prevention
Hair loss is the most evident and also the most disturbing signs of aging. We commonly know it as baldness. In scientific parlance it’s called ‘Androgenetic Alopecia’.

- Green Tea Extract contains antioxidants that prevent hair loss. Prescribed dose is 30-300 mg per day.
- Vitamin B also helps in the promotion of hair growth. It is available naturally in blackstrap molasses and can be included as an ingredient in bread and cookies.
- Biotin helps by improving the texture of the hair and preventing fall of hair. It is available naturally in liver, sardines, nuts and beans.
- Rosemary is another excellent source of natural hair loss prevention cures and can be useful if taken both internally with soups or tea or applied externally. It is mixed with almond oil and massaged onto the scalp. After a few minutes it is rinsed with a shampoo.
